The Stains

AI-Integrated Short Film | 2024

The story uses a stain on the ceiling as a metaphor to depict a childhood desire to escape home and the melancholy of growing up and realizing you can't return to those memories. We experimented with the combination of live-action footage and AI-generated video to explore their synergy and create a surrealistic short film. This film was produced for the MIT AI Filmmaking Marathon within a short production timeline.
